When our friend Eyal Danielli decided to upgrade his SOHO shop's showroom, he inspired American Burnish to experiment with gilded glass lighting. Sullivan Street Frames' display window was the natural place for a new ceiling light fixture.


Inspired by fabrics, we gilded a burlap pattern of white gold on crystal clear starphire glass and placed it in a brushed matte stainless steel frame. When on, the burlap pattern is prominent.

When off, the white gold shimmers.
Silver, aluminum, and white gold leaf inspire us with their cool possibilities for unique LIGHTING. Our signature gilded glass patterns, modelled after popular fabrics, couple with brushed stainless steel for wall sconces, ceiling lanterns, and floor lights.
